All fillings are made in house, from our customer favorite chickpea chorizo, to our scratch-made vegan chick'n. Our masa is savory and well seasoned. Pollo Rojo:

Our made-from-scratch vegan chick'n coated in plenty of red salsa. We make a custom blend of 3 chiles for authentic flavor that isn't too spicy! **contain gluten**
